maybe some violence occurred, maybe it didn't. we don't know for sure. the only thing that matters is what can be PROVEN in court. The criminal justice system and the mickey mouse NFL justice system cannot and will not convict / suspend anyone based on hearsay. The amount and type of evidence that exists is overwhelmingly in Elliott's favor. In fact, one particular piece of evidence should completely and unequivocally disqualify Elliott's ex gf as a victim / witness / whatever, which is hilarious that in the press release they stated she is fully cooperating with NFL officials

That's not true at all. The NFL doesn't need to punish based on what can be proven in court. That's the point.

That's a badass statement by Zeke's lawyer. Way to take the offensive for his client, make the NFL look foolish because of the transparency of what they're doing. If this statement gains even the slightest bit of traction the NFL will back down, the only reason they do ANY of these things is public perception. They don't want to be exposed for their pathetic attempt to sacrifice Zeke in order to deflect attention from the Brown fiasco.
