The Bills have had stacked teams during his tenure and stability at HC.

Stability at HC doesn't mean that much. We had stability at head coach with Garrett for 10 years. I'm not sure how stacked they've been. I don't generally watch other teams on a weekly basis, so I don't see what their weaknesses are like I do ours.
