What is Billick talking about? The Cowboys drafting DeVonta Smith to add another WR target for Dak? Has Billick looked at the Cowboys roster? I like DeVonta Smith a lot, but he is CeeDee Lamb all over again. Maybe Smith is a little speedier but I don't see where he fits on the Cowboys roster. The only way they draft Smith is if they trade one of their other receivers, like Gallup. But if they get a 3rd round pick for Gallup I would be shocked.

That would be the only way Dallas could do it ... and there would be some temptation there because of Smith's value, Gallup being in the last year of his deal and having our top three receivers under contract for multiple years. But it's a luxury pick that would depend on Gallup's value. Anything less than a second (even if we have to throw in a pick) would be a failure.
