I get the Bears - Chiefs game. Is that the best they could do?
Last season's NFL champions are the marquee team.
Nearly half (7 games) of their schedule is in the late Sunday afternoon slot for a CBS or FOX broadcast that will be shown to most of the nation.
2 Sunday night games.
2 Monday night games.
2 Thursday night games.
1 Sunday morning game - in Frankfurt, Germany.
1 Monday afternoon game - on Christmas.
Their victory against the Jaguars this past Sunday was the only game scheduled for the early afternoon viewing window = 1pm eastern/12 noon central time.
Their season finale start time TBD -as it is for the other 31 teams.

I guess Floridians aren't Southerners then. :muttley:

Not their fault the state is warm, the grass is green, and there are more pro football teams and pedigree college programs than you can shake a stick at.
Have you ever been to Florida? Southerners don't live there. The dynamic changes at the Georgia border and is a whole different culture the farther south you go!

Eh, debatable. NW Florida(panhandle) and central florida ending at Ocala definitely has some southerners.

Orlando down, sure, different dynamic.

That being said, getting Kansas vs Bears sucks. Hopefully, Kansas goes up by 40 in the first and they switch games.

Never been to the panhandle. Probably not as southern since it did not become a US Territory until 1821 and was Spanish and therefore not engrained in the US Southern culture.

In BLUE below. Joe Davis and Daryl Johnston on the call. You gettin' it or stuck watching KC pummel Chicago?

These maps always crack me up. There is always an exception in geographical uniformity. Case in point: why is most of Florida and southernmost Georgia red?

Chiefs-Bears for me.

The bright side? There are only 3 late games on Redzone so they'll be on Dallas a lot.

Doesn't look like North NJ is in blue, but we are getting the game as well as the pats game next week. The first game we may not get is the Rams game. Probably only 2-3 games total. Rams, Panthers and potentially that last Washington game. No need for the Sunday ticket. If youtube was smart they would make the games a la cart for $40. They'd make more money imo.
