I know ,huh?Ugh if Green Bay were to call Romo, sigh
That's exactly what I would be expecting to see happen while sitting in the sports bar that I'd made an effort to see him playIn two weeks, they would have matching collarbones.
Bowles was already in Miami when the HC gig in Dallas opened up. Then he was on the short list of people Jerry interviewed before taking the "interim" tag off of Garrett in 2011.
Very few first time HCs are going to install a first time DC who was a finalist for their job underneath them when putting together a staff.
2013. Bowles was looking for a job, Dallas fired bozo the clown. He was a perfect fit, players like him, he has the right demeanor, the team would have stayed in the 3-4 etc.
Not talking about 2011.
Ah. But that was right after the CBA, where they'd decided to go the SEA route and simplify the defense to accommodate the lack of practice time and to copy what had been so successful for the Seahawks. I agree, the Kiffin hire was ridiculous, but the direction overall made some sense, at least. And Marinelli made the deal palatable.
My friendly reminder that Todd Bowles wasn't a good enough Defensive Coordinator to work for Jason Garrett somehow someway but is a pretty damn good coach in NY in a tough situation.
I still dont understand it. He was a very well liked assistant under parcells here but Garrett apparently would not hire him.
How excited does it make me? Maybe a 3. Redecorating the Titanic.
I've learned to enjoy small battles while losing wars as a Cowboys fan the last two decades. Let me bathe in the glory of Hitchens on the bench.
The Pitt ML? With the way the Steelers have been playing I don't see it - at all.
Well said.......dude's a financial anomaly.Bradford continues to milk teams for everything he's not worth.
