A lot of bold predictions made about the Boys.

Warner says Romo will pass 350+ yards and Murray will run for 150+ yards (first time in playoff history / first time vs Lions this season)

Sapp says Boys will break total offense record for a wildcard game (500 something yards)

Irvin says Dez will break his playoff single game records in his first playoff appearance (192 yards 2 tds)

A lot of love and hype on the Boys it's scaring me.

Was expecting Faulk to predict Romo to throw multiple picks including a pick 6 lol

The program that predicted every World Cup winner gives the Cowboys a 67% chance to win, may have been more can't remember.

Every ESPN "expert" picked the Cowboys to win too.

Interesting that they are pretty much picking the Boys offense to walk through Detroits D. Maybe they expect Detroit to come out flat? I think the Boys will be in control but those numbers predicted are a bit much. I think if Murray gets close to 150, Romo will be between 220-240.

It's pretty much the hottest offense ever going into the playoffs. I think they'd be predicting success no matter who the opponent given the performance of late. If we keep this level of play up for two more games I'm sure people will be predicting success (at least for the offense) against Seattle.

Ugh scares me too.

Oh we're hot for sure and I get it. We just haven't posted that type of yardage all season given the style of offense. That hasn't been our MO. In fact, if the Cowboys approach 500 yds of offense, it's very likely the Boys defense probably is getting ripped by Detroit and the O is forced to keep pace.

That's because this Detroit defense is overrated as their stats are skewed due to their cup cake schedule. They haven't met an offense other than the Patriots that have a running and passing attack like ours. They will be exposed big time tomorrow.

I like it better when we're the underdogs. All of this love from the media feels weird. Hopefully the Boys aren't eating the cheese, come out focused, and kick the tails off the Lions.

Remember, these are stretch predictions, not normal ones.
Bold prediction you mean need to push the extremes.

almost guarantees a Dallas loss, of course they'll just then say, I had a feeling Detroit would win...

Did anyone see the recent KC Joyner espn insider piece? He provides a valid argument for us being SB favorites. Obviously the focus is on Detroit but we could be witnessing a special run.
