It's really interesting to see what actual players think about various elements of their team, from food to locker room to head coach and ownership. I have to admit to being shocked that McCarthy earned an "A" and JJ a "B".

Bengals have always thrown nickles around like they were man hole covers. At one time and still might be, the training facilities were under a freeway bridge.

Patriots ownership gets a D.

They also got two F's and 5 C's across the other categories.

How the mighty have fallen!

  • Ownership

    Grade/Rank

    B

  • 18th out of 32 teams
    • Owner Jerry Jones’s average rating for perceived willingness to invest in the facilities is 8.59 out of 10 from the Cowboys players, a ranking of 16 out of 32 owners in the league.
    • The players feel that ownership slightly contributes to a positive team culture, a rank of 23 out of 32.
    • The players feel that ownership is committed to building a competitive team, a rank of 25 of the 32 NFL owners.

The Cowboys ranked 10th overall among the league’s 32 teams. According to the NFLPA, Dallas is “excelling in several areas.”

“Their facilities, including the locker room and weight room, are top-tier, and they consistently rank among the best in how the organization treats players’ families. When the players were asked what the team is currently doing best, the most consistent answer was the leadership of head coach Mike McCarthy and the culture he fostered."

“The players identify the team’s training room as an area for improvement, with players requesting more physical therapists and better treatment modalities. The Cowboys have the fourth lowest score when it comes to whether players feel like they get an adequate amount of one-on-one treatment time."

“Having healthy players is in the best interest of all stakeholders in the football ecosystem (players, teams, fans, etc.) and hiring more staff to support this fundamentally important goal should be top priority.”

Apparently everything about our training is meh.
I think it’s more about a lack of training staff as in medical care not working out. They seemed to like the facilities but not enough staff for treatments is what I got out of it

I forget the player, but there was a quote that came out right after the regular season this year that basically said just that. Apparently the Cowboys hire less support staff than most other teams around the league.

The players obviously were team Big Mike.

Actually surprised that Jerry Jones didn't receive a higher grade. Jerry the owner is and has been HOF worthy. The only knocks on Jerry the owner are the facts that he won't fire his GM and replace his EVP.

Jerry the GM would likely receive a "D" or "F" in this poll. The way he handled the 2024 offseason deserves an "F" grade.

How does Jerry say he wants a top notch organization, but every year they have a completely sus training staf every year. Look at all of our “top-tier“ players who have major injuries every year, now we know why.
