why has barber not playd more. clearly he produces more than jones. should have been running out clock with barber when Romo threw that INT.

Romo is mr cool, performs under pressure, love him.

hurd will be fine as a # 2.

RW is not good in coverage, i cant defend him anymore.

witten had a great game.

OK, i have been a julius basher, he seemed to run a little better but i would rather just play barber. barber catches as well as jones, runs better, blocks better.

RUN BARBER !!!!!!!!

barber is not as good without jones. jones softened up that d in the first quater and barber gained from it. barber is better but not as good with out julious.

Roy Williams just isn't bad in coverage: he isn't very good against the run anymore, either. It used to be when he hit someone, they went backwards. Now the opposite is true.

He looks to me like he's playing to not get hurt.

I love Roy Williams, but hands down he is the most overrated player in the league.

He did end the game though with the hit on Lorenzen to save the 1st down.

LOL, i know you must be trying to stir up ____ with that. Jones didnt do anything to soften D....Lame. Barber came in early and tore it up, should have stayed in.

Most worrying thing was the lack of D. Wade sure has some work to do with these Boys.

I'm pretty dissapointed in him overall. This is the season opener and he played bad. I saw him crumble at Shockeys feet and get run over. I see him sliding toward a guys legs instead of going for the hit. He's not what he used to be and he's too young for that.

And, Barber is great. He runs with purpose and gets things done. I'm falling off of the Jones bandwagon. I had hoped with Parcells gone, he'd be different, but I didn't see it tonight.

All you can say in defense of him is that he hit a 300 lb QB who was sliding to a stop on his own?

I think JJ is running to not get hurt. I also think many players on the defense are playing to not get hurt, including RW.

Going back to the end of last season, I don't think that RW is even a mediocre safety, let alone a star.

If anyone needs to see a real safety at work....watch Bob Sanders....Roy Williams is noooooooooooooooooooooooo Bob Sanders....or col. Sanders for that matter.....he's terrible.

Marion will continue to demand (by his play) more and more carries.

15 for Julius and 10 for Marion. That ratio sounds good.

That's just it. Being tentative. On D, move out of the way and extend your arm and hope that brings him down. Jones looks like he just wants to get the play over with.

Not only was Roy terrible against the pass as usual...but this year he has forgoten how to tackle, taking the easy way out and not wraping up.

Roy is a liability and makes Quentin Jammer look like a Pro Bowler.

Julius Jones is not a starting caliber rb in the nfl...he gets 0 yards after the first contact, rarely makes anyone miss ...
there should be little doubt that Barber is a true NFL RB-he avoids people, runs over people for extra yards and runs much harder with MUCH BETTER VISION OF THE HOLE=Julius still runs at the defender

THE D WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING-gotta get TNEW back healthy or this d is mediocre- all those first round picks-SPears,Carpenter and roy are middle of the pack at best-TNEW and Ware were solid picks(i wanted Suggs and Merriman those years- as did many of us)
