No doubt Fairley is a better talent than Hayden but Fairly has spent a lot of time on the sidelines at the same time Hayden has played 2 season of 16 games. The guy battles hard and is there for the Cowboys. I have no reason to disrespect Hayden.

I respect him too. But talent is a lot more beneficial then battling. Id much rather have a disruptive force in the middle then someone that is just there because he plays hard. Just my .02

and that is why I would only do a deal that was team friendly. I think the guy has great talent but has been plagued by the injury bug. Clearly not a player you go out and pay big money too, I think you can offer a deal with incentives to make up the loss he would not get up front.

Fairley has talent, however the defense made its bones by playing as a single unit with everyone flying to the ball. Why upset that balance for a talented guy who underachieves on a regular basis?
