Nick Wright continues to praise Dak

I really want to know tho. Name me 5 Quarterbacks who's playing better than Dak right now. I'll give you Mahomes..... he's been excellent just his receivers has let him down yet he still maintains a solid statline despite the letdown. I'll give you Tua. You can argue Jackson and Goff, but Dak's 3rd down conversion rate is substantially superior to both's. Goff doesn't turn the ball over... I'll give him that, but still he's had 1 turnover..... Dak has had none.

But everyone else is playing worse. Burrow and Herbert are 0-2 and looks at times just not good. Allen has had 1 great game and 1 awful game. Same for Lawrence. Hurts is barely scraping by with metrics that are below average by any conceivable math. He can thank the Touchback rule.

Nick Wright is the only TV Analyst that went ALL in Pat Mahomes day one....when others were hemming and hawing about Mitch Tribusky and Deshaun Watson.

Nick Wright is the smartest, most objective and consistent analyst on TV.

Colin takes are posted here all the time. The haters seem to like his dumb takes. I don't see what Im doing that the agenda driven haters aren't loving every time their messiah Colin opens his mouth.

And no.... you're wrong on nearly all of those. The 0-2 Cousins...... The same Geno Smith who was held to 112 yards passing against the Rams with the weapons he has???? LMAO. Stafford's average passer rating is 77.4

Purdy and Dak's QBR are the same yet Dak is the one destroying his opponents despite having 1 elite target. 49ers have 4 elite weapons and the highest Purdy has passed for is 220 yards. Granted he doesn't need to do a whole lot since McCaffrey is ripping holes thru the defense. Lets say I give you Purdy tho, you're still dead wrong on half those picks.

I did not because I heard and watched it live. The entire show and previous ones where Nick W has said the same things. I believe the Cowboys will be challenged very soon and we will get a look at Dak in those circumstances. If Dak plays the same as he is now, I will move him to the top few myself.

The OP asked who is playing better and I can tell how Dak is playing because the D has been dominant. I loved Dak’s game vs the Jets, and wasn’t crazy about it vs the Giants. I don’t fault him for the Giants game though. Too hard to judge in that crappy environment.

Most or all of the other QBs I’ve seen how they play when tested. That’s why I stated them as being in the convo as playing better than Dak.

The thing with Herbert. LAC supposedly have all this talent on defense the past 3 years. But yet they can't make it work. They give up a lot of points as well.
They score a lot, even before KM, though last season he never had his top 2 WR's at the same time, except for maybe 1/2 of 1 game.

Kind of like the old days with this team, score, but defense can't stop anyone.
I still like Herbert as a top QB though.
