I took Latin many years ago.
quod optimum est
I took Latin many years ago.
Yep, reminds me of Leon. Leon was the "Big Cat", how about "Big Dog" for Irving.
Dude is a 6'5 monster with a huge wingspan... so my nickname for him is "Wampa" from Star Wars... what a game! Have not seen intimidation like that since Haley (sorry Ware)
We're smart. we have the best words. The rest of these nimrods should listen to us from now on.Pretty good, I'd say -- my contribution was "Long Tall Wrecking Ball." Pretty danged clever of us, eh what?
That's a good one.David "the Goliath" Irving
That's a good one.
I also like Mantis.
Not bad, but that's more of a nick-phraseHe strikes me as pretty much of a Leon Lett clone, if you ask me. His potential is enormous.
He's only scratched the surface in terms of what he's capable of, imho. He'll see more reps.
As far as a nickname is concerned, might I suggest something like "long, tall wrecking ball."
Not bad, but that's more of a nick-phrase
David "Great Quarter" Irving?
He dominated a back up tackle in the second half, but I'd like to see more before getting too carried away.
MileyGonna say it again . . . "Long, Tall Wrecking Ball."
Well, there are a bunch of fun ones in this thread, but with all the play of words ones with Irvin/Irving, I was think the Playtaker. destroying the other team's hopes of a play. Or maybe the Praymaker. seeing how that's what Qb's will doYeah, but it rhymes -- that's gotta be worth something.
And . . . yours is what?
