Told you when it happened that there would be no fine!!! It was used as a prop....so we need to keep on doing it as well....I hate the goon and the entire crooked NY office.

They didn't actually touch it. There shouldn't be a fine.

I can sort of understand that, there shouldn't be a fine for a mild celebration... but also, I don't think there should be a fine for what the Cowboys celebrations with the kettle, either. In fact, I bet most NFL fans don't think jumping the in the kettle should be a fine.

This isn't a big deal. Many could take it as being the Grinch who stole Christmas / the win and not something more nefarious. Let's focus on football.

you have to jump in it they didnt

the celebration is fine imo i thought it was funny it seemed more like a grinch celebration than anything

I’ve tried not to weigh on it, but the amount of outrage some people have expressed over something that in the end isn’t a big deal at all is funny to me.

The celebration was posted on a popular NFL forum I visit, seen by fans of and 32 teams, and I’d say a good 75% of people thought it was funny. I think Cowboys fans were just especially offended given who did it and the Kettle is kind of “our team’s thing” now.

The Refs were just relieved that they didn't get pelted with batteries.

Hey, it's past time for the NFL to have fined the eagles for their celebration against the Cowboys. What's the deal? Is this a penalty only reserved for Cowboys players?
Yup Bias against certain owners- no doubt

They acted like they were stealing from it. Sounds like crime-ridden craphole Philly is.

Actually they were picking Dallas players out of the caddle. The salvation army was very happy about it. That someone protected their caddle.

If the story is true i do like what they did. I dont like our way to celebrate. Even if its funny it has no class.

Are we really going to cry about this? With all of the legitimate concerns with this team, this is what concerns you?

My thoughts are that they should be fined only if they would have jumped in the kettle and farted in it. Eagles anal gaseous stench is extremely malodorous and long lasting for weeks!

No tears here... However, overbearing rules applied unevenly... that bothers me. It's a constant reminder of a loosely connected parallel... The refs get to load up on unevenly enforced penalties come playoff time.
