Not fining the Eagles' players isn't as dumb as fining the Cowboys' players. TONS of other ways to handle that without it looking biased. Let the players know the fine before hand. Let the announcers know to. "Zeek just jumped into the kettle and the NFL is fining him $20K and then matching it. All proceeds going to the Salvation Army." Maybe that's not a good solution. But, I'd be looking for one.

I think it's just a bad look for the NFL.
