No More Talk about Stats!

I no longer care about Stats, all they do is send a false picture in what this team really is. We can be the #1 offense, defense, and special teams, it won't mean anything unless we're winning. When I say winning, I mean winning at home, beating teams we should beat, and POST SEASON success!!!

All this he caught 1000 yards, he ran for 1000, he got 10+ interceptions means nothing. We went one and done in the playoffs, how great is that stat!!

Stats are for the dummies that cant tell who played well and who didnt.

Regardless of what you think if Zeke rushes for 120 yards and 2 TD's we probably win that game. If we dont have 14 penalties for 90 yards we probably win that game. If the receivers dont drop 5 passes we probably win that game.

I specifically mentioned to someone a few days ago about our strength of schedule. We ranked 2nd to last. Meaning we played no one of real value. All our stats mean nothing because we had a very easy schedule this year. Which translates into getting beat at home in the first playoff game.

All that matters are playoff wins which this franchise clearly sucks at for the last 26 years with no end in sight.

I've been saying this about Prescot for the past 4 years, his numbers don't mean squat because the dude is one horrible QB. He's nothing more than a KIRK COUSINS CLONE....................

Stats DO mean something, even though they don’t always tell the whole story. Here’s some stats for you:

Diggs: 0 INTs.
Parsons: 0 sacks.
Tank: 0 sacks.
Gregory: 0 sacks.

Maybe it was the defensive gameplan from Quinn, but our “star” defenders didn’t make impact plays.

Who cares. The defense played well enough to win. The offense was putrid and Moore’s game plan was the reason why!
