Looks like the only thing happening is maybe a new DC (if Quinn still gets HC offers after yesterday) and ST Coordinator.

I expect changes but it won’t be quickly. Anyone you hire, even off the street takes time to strike a deal. And if the guy you want is still under contract you need permission so it takes some time. I think ST coach is pretty safe but I hope it’s not a bandaid fix. Firing j by use Quinn is a bandaid. I’d fire MM and Quinn or just tell Quinn he should take any offers. I’d also make some roster changes when I could though some roster changes get complicated with contracts

I don't think anybody thought it would be first thing this morning he's in shock like the rest of us he's trying to think is it the defense who gave up 38 points who's been a bigger problem than the offense so if we get rid of Mike McCarthy we're also getting rid of our offensive coordinator he's got a lot to think about he's gotta think about what's best for the team before he makes a decision yeah go out and fire a guy without a plan he didn't have a plan because I don't think he thought this was gonna happen... No one thought that if we lost this game Mike McCarthy would be fired it was very little chance of that but most of us said if it's an embarrassment if it's lopsided if it's a problem where the team doesn't show up or they quit then yes then the possibility came that we might be looking at a whole new coaching staff...

But this is the least competitive playoff game we've had since 1969 as far as first halfs go worst first half deficit ever I mean that's pretty bad I don't think Jerry was prepared..., not many of us thought that was gonna happen being down 27 nothing... And then at least the Cowboys finally score it looks like maybe we're gonna figure out how to beat their defense and our defense gives up 21 straight points in the second-half there was no this is something I don't think Jerry contemplated now he's gotta do a reverse get all his people together get his thoughts together and decide what to do you can't do that rolling out of bed in your pajamas..

It’s not the goal but Jerry has to believe it’s the coaches that are causing the team to fail in the playoffs and that a new voice/approach will change things. One thing is obvious our best players aren’t showing up for the playoffs.

I think there will be a "cooldown" period followed by a lot of closed door meetings before any firings take place.

If McCarthy stays this team needs to at least get rid of Dan Quinn as well as OL coach Mike Solari.

it wasn't me that's not smart business I mean they act like this some kind of I don't know high school drama play where you could fire the actors I mean these dudes have millions of dollars in contracts they have contracts and this is a professional business you have to at least think things through.... And I don't blame him I mean I expect it to happen in about 48 hours because they also need to figure out that if the Eagles decide to make a change or some of the other teams that got bounced this weekend are gonna go after the same pool of coaches you're gonna need to make a quick decision so I think 2 days is more than enough I hope they do it by tomorrow at least figure out who's going first Dan Quinn might just walk in because he knows he's gonna probably be let go and just go and and state his intentions are to leave that way he can save face Jerry can save face but Mike McCarthy being our head coach and our offensive coordinator is a bigger decision..
