Noah Brown as a TE

Not sure if that was mentioned before but I do really think that he would be a good TE if utilized in the correct way. He is big, knows how to block and has good hands.

He's useful as a WR in the role he's asked to do and he can still provide more in the passing game. Just go get a real TE and leave him alone.

Well I guess Aikman felt the same way when he said that was the best comeback route he had ever seen in football.

If the other WRs could block then I might be worth it to try lining him up as a TE. But the Cowboys receivers are terrible blockers. That's why those WR screens don't work.

He's a slimmer Vince Mayle.

I watched Rico a couple of plays. Great blocks that totally took a couple of LBs out of the plays.

It has been talked about, but it would be more of an H Back role. I would love to see it, Linehan has his faults but he is good at designing specialty plays for those kind of matchups.

Noah Brown can be a good wide receiver for us. At least a solid contributor.

Better to have him as a wide receiver and for the cowboys to add a TE with actual talent in the off season.

too small to be a te. but he's an excellent blocking wr. he also has more abilities as a wr than he's been able to showcase due to the game plans. lot of talent not being used to its full potential.

Not a lot of 6'2 225 tight ends killing it in the league right now. Even Jordan Reed is 20 pounds heavier. I like Noah as a receiver though, I don't know how slow he is but his strength seems to make up for it. I'd give him some of Hurns' burn.

Novacek was 6’4 and a wiry 235-240. They are not even close to being similar.
