I seen something where his hearing is now delayed until October, can't remember the exact date, I think it said the 29th.
Usually in Texas a decent attorney can get these delayed even up to a year. So by the time it gets to court and then to the dictator, he may be able to play for the entire season.

And with the other suspensions and all the new DB's having hamstring issues, he will be needed.

I know many don't like him and don't think he should be on the team. But for a year or 2, while the other DB's learn, get healthy, he is needed.

I would rather throw in any BODY than watch Carrol play a down of regular season football with a star on his helmet. A bit dramatic? Yeah maybe but for real I'd rather see a young guy struggle than watch Carrol struggle

Good deal . . . by October 29th, one of our young studs at CB should be just about ready to replace him. :D

Funny how some things that originally seem like really bad fortune eventually turn out to be a major blessing.

Turns out it was a good signing since the two rookies won't be ready game 1 it appears. Carroll isn't 100 percent trash. He's a step above/below Carr depending on the week I suppose.

They need him most at the beginning of this season. At some point the rookies will get acclimated but hopefully the team does not have to depend on them in the 1st few games.

If we could handle TO wearing a star on his helmet, we can certainly handle a J.A.G. DB from the Eagles wearing a star on his helmet.

Carroll is the definition of a JAG. Unfortunately you can't have a team of allpros in the salary cap era.

I hate saying this, but I think we shouldve brought Mo back on a 1 year deal....

To all the anti NC people:

Can you wait until after week 1 before running NC through the coals? It would be better to see him play in an actual game before calling for a replacement. You may have an idea in what we have in NC, but we have not seen him play many snaps for us.

It's all speculation at this point on how good or bad NC will be in our scheme.

I'm taking the wait and see approach with this guy.

The Cowboys insisted that his strengths fit our defense and he didn't always play to his strengths in Philly.

Mo would easily be our best corner.
No he wouldn't lol. Scandrick and Brown are both better. That int brown had vs NY, Mo could never make. And various other great plays by brown such as his performance vs Antonio brown . Y'all have amnesia

They haven't invented a scheme yet that works for this nobody.
