Mo would easily be our best corner.

I disagree.

When healthy, Scandrick was always better than Claiborne.

Last season Claiborne was only a little better than the rookie Brown and it took Claiborne 5 years to get to that point.

The other issue is the overall scheme was limited with Claiborne because they had to over-simplify things to allow Claiborne to function. He was always good in man coverage but could be easily confused. Teams would run pick type routes which forced the CBs on the same side of the field to switch off coverage but Claiborne always got confused and they often had 2 CBs covering 1 WR and zero covering the other WR because Claiborne made the wrong decision.

Scandrick might be better in the slot. But that's about it. If were talking about taking the best WR on the other team on the outside, Mo was the guy. Just couldn't stay healthy. Scandrick isn't ideal on the outside imo. If Mo was on this team he is without a doubt the number 1 guy. As he was last year.

No he wouldn't lol. Scandrick and Brown are both better. That int brown had vs NY, Mo could never make. And various other great plays by brown such as his performance vs Antonio brown . Y'all have amnesia
Scandrick is a slot guy imo. Brown is a promising young player. But Mo showed he can take the other teams best receiver and do an admirable job. Nobody else has shown that ability yet. Mo has the prototypical size to deal with big receivers like Alshon Jeffrey and Brandon Marshall. You don't want Scandrick covering guys that big. He's just too short.

You're right. 5'9 Scandrick is a good match up against 6'3 Alshon Jeffrey. Good call.

I seen something where his hearing is now delayed until October, can't remember the exact date, I think it said the 29th.
Usually in Texas a decent attorney can get these delayed even up to a year. So by the time it gets to court and then to the dictator, he may be able to play for the entire season.

And with the other suspensions and all the new DB's having hamstring issues, he will be needed.

I know many don't like him and don't think he should be on the team. But for a year or 2, while the other DB's learn, get healthy, he is needed.

I'd certainly rather it wait until we can at least get Awusie and Lewis back on the field and up to speed. I know there's a lot of hate for Carroll around here, but it would be much worse to have to throw the rookies in the fire with not even a full preseason under their belts. A couple of months would give them a chance to get their feet wet, then they can step up their roles and show if there's any reason for Carroll to get back on the field.

However, I do believe if he's not due in court until late October that his attorney will get it pushed until after the season.

We're you alive in 2014? We played Chicago lol. Jeffrey didn't do anything. Mo was on crutches with his bum ***. When did Mos height ever help him? I don't recall a high point int he made that Scandrick couldn't. I also don't recall a wr jumping over Scandrick for a catch.

A delay would also help DAL financially

They get fined something like 250k and up if they have multiple suspensions at the same time

RGregory, Irving and DMoore all had their appeals and will miss Week One

Carroll is the same as Carr just on a roll
