Non-Negotiables

It’s called accountability and sending a message. What was the point of Jimmy cutting the backup RB who fumbled in a meaningless game?
Cutting a guy who isn’t even playing doesn’t really do that.

Cutting Diggs.
Cutting Steele.
Cutting Sanborn.

That sends a message if that’s the intention.

Diggs has got to go. He has no interest in competing and i feel he took himself out of the game in 2H.

Flus has destroyed this defensive scheme. No disguising? No Adjustments? No blitzing? Nothing!

A production meeting and from it a shuffling of personnel. Implement some defensive scheme changes.

Bob, why do go to this pie in the sky sheet that is never going to happen.

There will not be an organizational reset. Live in reality, stop the fantasy.
I can assure you in 1987 and ‘88, Cowboys fans were hoping for change that could not be seen. Three straight losing seasons and no change in sight.

You could have made a fortune betting that Bum Bright would be selling the team within a year in 1988. Change can happen quickly when you least expect it. No I have no realistic hope for that happening now but I didn’t in 1988 either.

I would add that I have a hard time finding a way out if this nightmare with the current owner/GM and son. That’s as real as it gets.

Parcels used to say a player makes their biggest improvement between year one and two, Does that look like it happened with Guyton? Not hardly, Looks like the Cowboys drafted two first round busts in a row. Move him to RT to try and say his career. Put Thomas at LT. Cut Sreele. Do something because this isn't working.

Not a bad plan.

Also, Dak panics when it even looks like there could be pressure

Non-negotiable: keep those draft picks.
This season was doomed before they ever played a game.
Yes, keep those draft picks and suck it up this year. We are not a playoff team and we are not one player away. I’m disappointed in this loss but not too upset. We don’t need our delusional owner mortgaging the future. The only thing we have to look forward to is building for the future.

Bob, we can only wait till death changes the situation. That's the only realistic scenario that will induce change in the organization.

It's pure fantasy for those who think that Jones will sell the team or step down from the GM title.

Non-negotiable? Ha ha. You make funny.

Or what? What are you going to do? Walk away? Cry? Stop buying jerseys? Stop watching? Stop spending $100s - $1000s at games?

Billionaires and millionaires don’t give a rat’s rear end about your non-negotiables.

There will be plenty of rear ends in the seats Sunday night. Probably 70% will be Cowboy-haters grinning ear to ear.

Eberflus can go tonight…..

Someones going to throw for 8 tds in a game

His scheme is awful

we are a MAN coverage team not a zone one…..its simple and its BEEN that way we dont HAVE zone people
