Diggs has got to go. He has no interest in competing and i feel he took himself out of the game in 2H.

Flus has destroyed this defensive scheme. No disguising? No Adjustments? No blitzing? Nothing!

He was injured going into game one and was injured again on Friday and was questionable on game day.

He played terribly but if Bland had been available, I think Diggs sits yesterday

I was hoping this year was a test-drive on the Offense, behind an improved running game, WR 1/1A and a young O-Line...... it was something to build on. The Defense was always going to restrict what we were able to achieve especially without the likes of Overshown, Bland and Revel.
After that game, im not too sure the Offense are anywhere near the worth of an ALL-IN 2026 and if that's the case, we'd need to take @Bobhaze take, gut and start again behind a figurehead and management with a football brain.

we are a MAN coverage team not a zone one…..its simple and its BEEN that way we dont HAVE zone people

Yea, the sign of a poor coach is one that's scheme dependent. If he cant retrain the back's and cant change the set-up, then there's no point in staying. The question would be, if we had Bland and Revel what type of scheme are we going to play......I dont think we seriously imaged seriously competing this year.

I haven't read @Bobhaze post, but I agree, I've been wanting a full rebuild. I watched Jimmy do a rebuild in the 90s and several franchises since and it works. However, Jerry's decision making is a concern.

There is no negotiables from a fan we can want what we want but I'm not giving up on this team I still say they can win 9 games or more I say they got players coming back and I think they can get it fixed there's not really a lot wrong with the offense last night they just made some mistakes but you could have spotted that team 28 points and we were going to lose the problems are on defense..

That's a fact the offense can easily just not make those mistakes I don't think George Pickens and Williams are gonna do that again and I don't think CD Lamb's getting hurt every game that was just a anomaly but I don't think we'd have won the game anyway I get it you can talk about those mistakes 'cause they were there but those are easily fixable I guarantee they're gonna bring their best game on offense to Green Bay....

It's the defense that needs fixing no doubt it's gotta be something more and I realized finally we're gonna see Clowney and Bland but they're gonna have to start pulling some guys off that defense I don't know if it's Murray or Sanborn but we have guys sitting there on the practice squad and on the depth chart that might be better..

It's gonna be a tough road but if we can get to 3 and 3 or better after 6 games we got lots of players coming back in the next three weeks...

Not that it's fixable but I think the problems have to be obvious and if there's too many to fill what what we have then go out and get more I truly believe it's fixable and maybe I'm just gullible and maybe I'm just drinking the Kool Aid but I know the offense is not going to be a problem I know the special teams are one of the best groups in the league we just need to get the defense fixed And in a hurry.

No it's not because we lost Parsons that might seem like it could have helped last night but we still lose that game with him not saying we didn't feel his loss but the problems are bigger than that the problems are all over the place.

I swear to God we could probably tell the players on defense however many there are out of the 53 active players on game day if you take that defense and you tell them to go ahead and huddle up and decide who you want to start and what defense you want to play call your own plays like Sandlot football and just go after it i'm betting they can do a better job than our entire defensive coaching staff I think they would play better if they were the ones controlling the narrative.....

They can bench Diggs, but who takes his place with Bland out? Elam hasn't be great either. I suspect if they bench Diggs the result will be worse. I am willing to see what happens when Bland comes back. Besides, I think our safeties are worse than the CBs. We need a safety who can cover with range.

Mazi played last night. He wasn't that bad. I thought I saw him make 1 tackled but apparently he didn't get credit for any. But he didn't play much. If he gets cut, then Toia plays more. I don't think that is an improvement> Perhaps it would be best to keep him on the roster just in case.

I think the problem going to man coverage is still the same. No pass rush. I don't see how any coverage works if the QB has a clean pocket for 5 seconds.

Unlike others, I think there is more talent on this defense that the results show the last 2 weeks. I don't see any playmakers but I don't think the talent level is as bad as they have cooked. Something else is wrong.

And btw, we can't let how bad the defense is distract us from the problems with the offense. 1 TD and 14 points against the Bears depleted defense was just as horrible as the defense.
