Fans tend to overrate the assistants here, It's happened way too many times. Guys praised as great assistants or "future head coaches" end up in lesser positions or out of the league.

Al Harris will get a job if not retained. But if you track where they end up you will see how the football world perceives the caliber of coaches Dallas employs.

Reminds me of Kris Richard, no idea what happened to him. So many claimed there was no way we could lose him and wanted to make him HC to replace Garrett.
