No, just our head coach. Dan Quinn just took the Skins to the NFC championship, and Kellen Moore is a piece of the Eagles being in the same game. McCarthy was the de facto OC, and Zimmer is ancient. He won't make a lateral move, and I don't see above wanting to hire him as HC. Are you saying we should have coordinators taking head gigs every year? Tough way to maintain any sort of continuity.

Fans tend to overrate the assistants here, It's happened way too many times. Guys praised as great assistants or "future head coaches" end up in lesser positions or out of the league.

Al Harris will get a job if not retained. But if you track where they end up you will see how the football world perceives the caliber of coaches Dallas employs.

It's going to get real bad here, this franchise sadly has become the Raiders, no chance of success cause of the ownership.
