We win, he rants
We lose, He rants.
He is awful on the postgame. He obsesses over the most miniscule stuff and routinely has plays mixed up and it seems he watched a different game immediately after the game is over...
I love norm. But he is awful on the postgame and has turned into this whining verison of his former self.
He does bring up good points, but I remember after the Philly game earlier this year all he did was complain about the defense.theebs;2524012 said:Yep he has been saying this for years. Alot of times he is right.
He actually is spot on in most everything he said, but for anyone who listens to him on a daily basis he has been off the reservation for a couple of years now.

Dumb football team. Penalties, stupid penalties, that haven't gone away in years. Its a discipline problem.
Special teams is terrible. Something must be done following this year.
Careless QB. Gunslingers get shot dead on main street (dumb analogy). Ridiculed him for the interception, and how he justified it being a punt. We netted 14 yards on it.
Team should be called the Dallas Resume's. No one has a playoff victory, team full of overhyped losers. Team needs to be told that, Wade fails to humble them.
Questioned how hard they worked, said Baltimore outworks them. Ravens had 18 people on injured received. Mason played with one arm. Rolle was banged up.
Team doesn't discipline itself on penalties, special teams. Doesn't run sharp routes, etc. Norm wondered how many times we've 'thrown up balls' and had our guys to make plays. And how many times we've thrown it up and been intercepted.
Problem is execution. McGahee run was embarrassing, guys got blown off the ball.
Cowboys fans have a reason to be mad. Guys can't get snap count right in week 16. Guys can't run proper routes. Just a sloppy team overall. Focus, discipline, and leadership at QB is all sloppy.
Nothing we haven't heard, but just good to hear someone say it.

We could stink it up for the first half last year and then come out and blow teams away in the second half. Well, nobody told them that was unacceptable and now that the law of averages has caught up to us, nobody knows what to do.

My comments were pertaining to him ranting. Which is all he seems to do anymore.
I like norm alot, I listen to him everyday that I can. But he has been off alot in the past 2 years.
He also is very hypocritical and will basically double talk himself a day after he spent a day ranting about a particluar area.
We all know what this current Dallas team is. All over the board. They can be anything on any sunday, great or bad. WHich speaks to how they are inconsistent, which isnt hard to figure out since they are 6-6 after opening 3-0.
GoinForSix;2524050 said:Wadespeak would say we're 4-2 after starting 5-4.

I hate to say it but this is the team that BP needed to coach. He was incredible at getting guys to play past their talent. The 2003 team was a 10-6 team that wasn't going anywhere, but instead of Tony Romo, Barber/Felix/Choice/Owens/Williams. We had Quincy/Hambrick/Antonio Bryant/Richie Anderson (had a great year for us btw).
