Tashard should be starting the RB.
Keep playing Phil Costa, we have 9 games to see what we have
Sean Lee needs to be more on the field at ILB
Victor Butler some more playing time at Spencers spot.
More playing time for Barry Church at S and Mc Cray, with Alan Ball back to CB.
Brent and Lissenmore more playing in DL, Bowen Spears and Hatcher are all FA's next year.
Release Barron. with Young in the backup tackle position.
Also some playing time for McGee in the future

I think it's hard for anyone to suggest trying out different things as a bad idea.
