no kidding. Norv was there because Troy called him and asked him to come for Mike because he was in town already since his brother coaches with the bear.

I didnt say he wouldnt be the HC. but for anyone to claim him being seen today with Jerry as proof is flat insane and just pure reaching. he was there to support a player he coached and was asked to be there by Troy Aikman.

Why does it bother you so much that people think Norv being there meant he was the next head coach? You sound l8ike a little girl whinning on every thread about how "Norv and Troy called him"
I think that Norv is the HC, not because of today, but today does make you think.
But why are you getting so worked up about thi sthat you have to answer almost every post about it?

I get this is not 100% confirmation...

But c'mon...

I get the invite from Aikman but that doesn't mean crap...

Aikman had a hand in recruiting Turner so it doesn't really matter who technically invited Turner...

It doesn't really mean he is hired and it doesn't mean he isn't...

But you gotta admit this is all very convenient...

Norv may very well end up being the Dallas head coach, but I personally do not think it is a done deal.

If Jones felt so strongly about Norval, it would seam to me he going completely out of character by not naming him HC today or a couple of days ago.

What better way to grab the spotlight than while at the Super Bowl where every major media network from around the world will be.

I believe he still is genuinely interested in talking to additional candidates or candidate.

Again, this just does not fit the Jerry Jones profile if he has pretty much made up his mind about Norval.

Somehow, I don't think a handshake during a ceremony where the Cowboy's best receiver was chosen to be inducted into the HOF after being rejected twice is the secret signal for that.
