This pic says it all.

Fanz...meet our new coach.

Makes sense, it has been documented that Jerry hasn't shaken hands with ANYBODY else since he got to the Super Bowl...

Hopefully we could have our cake and eat it too. I would like to see Norv Turner and Ron Rivera in here along with our new offensive cordinator Jason Garrett. I believe we should pursue Mike Singletary as a Linebackers coach. I feel as if we should get Deion Sanders in here as a defensive backs coach, and pay em good money. If we going to make a run at the superbowl, we need good teachers, players that actually experience winning on a daily basis, and that have knowlegde on how to get superbowl rings.

I believe (Jerry Jones should put a whole lot of money into his coaching staff this year along with Key New Additions. ) I also thing we should take a shot at getting Moss, why?, he's younger than Terry Glenn and more durable and I believe with Tony Romo he could be one of the most dangerous weapons that he once was in the NFL and being along side Terrell Owens opens the running game and the passing games to wide receivers like Sam Hurd, Patrick Crayton and even tight ends with Jason Witten and Anthony Fasano.

I think that Jerry Jones should give Norv Turner the ideas of some of the players that actually was in the super bowl with him like Michael Irvin as a wide receiver's coach. I believe Michael Irvin has an attitude that could turn out to be a successful coach. He will get respect out of Terrell Owens and possibly Randy Moss. Even if Deion Sanders is a defensive back coach I think he could get some respect. This is just my wishful thinking @ work. I feel that this could good for the Cowboys.

AIKMAN SAID IT WHEN HE WAS INTERVIEWED.:)

And of course, Aikman has been ruthlessly plugging for Turner all along. He wouldn't want anyone to think the wrong thing, like the fact Turner has been in the bag for weeks, now would he?

Wow. Norv shook Jerry's hands.

Maybe he will be our next coach.

Somehow, I don't think a handshake during a ceremony where the Cowboy's best receiver was chosen to be inducted into the HOF after being rejected twice is the secret signal for that.

It's not a secret symbol. Nor is it the only signal of Turner's impeding descension to the throne.

It is the proverbial icing on the cake. It should just confirm what has been feared all along. There will be no last minute candidate that woos Jerry Jones. Norv Turner had him at hello.

Deny it all you wish, it is clear as day that Turner will be our next head coach.

Ya know what, I think there's hope for success with Norv as HC, if Jerry will give him control over the things he has "reportedly" requested. I doubt he had much control in Oaktown with Senile Al as king there, I have no idea how much control he had with the Redskids. Norv with Garrett and hopefully Rivera will cover the O & D plans, but it will remain to be seen how he will handle the intangibles such as getting players motivated and playing as a team, all for one and one for all.

I didnt say he wouldnt be the HC. but for anyone to claim him being seen today with Jerry as proof is flat insane and just pure reaching. he was there to support a player he coached and was asked to be there by Troy Aikman.

Chill dude, you sound like you are all stressed over this.

Relax, Norv has already won as many playoff games as Tuna did here.

Norv may very well end up being the Dallas head coach, but I personally do not think it is a done deal.

If Jones felt so strongly about Norval, it would seam to me he going completely out of character by not naming him HC today or a couple of days ago.

What better way to grab the spotlight than while at the Super Bowl where every major media network from around the world will be.

I believe he still is genuinely interested in talking to additional candidates or candidate.

Again, this just does not fit the Jerry Jones profile if he has pretty much made up his mind about Norval.

2 major problems with this theory.

1. The Commish basically said no announcements during SB week, not a good idea to try and "1 up" the league office. You can do it if you want, but expect 100 yds in penalties every game next year, if you get my drift.

2. Jerry cant name Turner HC yet because he would then have to wait until Feb 20th to interview Rivera for DC. You interview DC now under the disguise of HC and Bears cant do anything about it. Problem is Jerry has to wait until after SB so he does not get hit with tampering charges.

This is a done deal guys, Turner will named HC after Rivera interview in my opinion.:)
