Those of you who think he's some kind of offensive genius need to look at the facts first...

Turner is overrated...

He's had 2 seasons since the Cowboys where his teams have been in THE TOP 10 in scoring...

And some of you people are arguing we're going to have a high-powered offense?...

To be fair he spent 7 years in DC where the ol' man gave him free reign to do what he wanted. You would think he would have built a more formidable team after 7 years, bringing in whatever talent he wanted. Even Snyder gave him a pass during his first year as owner. But after so long, enough is enough.

I'm just saying in the one instant the talent on O was very good, Turner was very good directing it, pretty much saying that Turner will make a good O very productive, which is what we have in Dallas

Coordinator is one thing.

HC completely different.

And the Commanders O with the great offensive mind that is Norv Turner running the show should have been leaps and bounds better. Its almost like the credit Brian Billick gets in Baltimore as an offensive guru from one great year he had in Minnesota. This is the first year that the Ravens O has really done anything imaginative.

And DB, Cooke brought him in with open arms knowing full well it would be a project and let him pretty much run the show with Casserly (who was among the best in the NFL at that point).

you still don't get it, we already have a stacked roster on O, I don't know how our D is going to do w/ Norval as HC, but I know our O will be pretty good, he may not be the genius that revives Os, but I don't think he's one who ruins them

On the other hand, fans typically glorify the past. I'm not sure how it was hard to gameplan for that O-line, QB, RB, and WR(s).
