We still need a competent back up to Jay Ratliff...

We stocked at defensive end, but ignoring tackle is mistake.

Everyone wants an answer to every question with one pick. If they would of selected a NT the same thread would of been made about OT, S and WR. If they would of picked at OT the same thread would of been made about S, WR and NT.

How about we watch the next 6 rounds and 4 months play out?

I agree which is why I would not be upset at Terrence Cody in the second.

You're fiesty this morning. :D

I'm still grinning after yesterday's haul.

backup NT= very minor concern

Wade seems to be fine with Siavii. We dont need to invest any high picks in a guy that might play 10 snaps a game behind an all pro.

We have viable options for safety through free agency.

Doug Free is the current starter at tackle.

Nose is more glaring. But maybe siavii comes back this year and plays on his tender.

Lack of sleep, anticipation of another great draft day and I'm a little hungry.:D

Jay Ratliff goes down, and that sinks this defense completely.

You can still try to plug someone in at tackle or safety.

I believe he's already signed his tender. What other choice did he have besides not playing?

There's nobody that they can draft at this point that replaces what Ratliff does if he goes down. And investing a high pick in a guy who otherwise is hardly going to play is not that smart.

Man, you're so right. Every year the same thing about NT and every year the same outcome in the draft. I guess the bums we have at backup had nothing to do with our 4th ranked run D even though Siavii only subbed on run downs for about 13 or 14 plays a game.

You guys will get Siavii and like it :p:

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!

We skipped backup Nose Tackle?

Doomed! We are doomed!

Duck the falling sky everyone! It is coming down!

Run you sluggards!

Cody in the 2nd. I'll take it. Someone would go ballistic here. That would be the funnest part. And follow it up with a kicker in the 7th.:)

You're going to miss on both hopes.

Siavii is a better backup option than Proctor or McQuistan.

In the third I would be OK with that, but not the second. This kid is at best a 2 down player. There is a lot more talent left on the board than him. I don't spend a 2nd round pick on a player who will just allow another player to take a few snaps a game off. You can get a guy like that in FA. Hell, we already have one on the roster.

I'm more concerned about DE. Three of those guys are going into their last year under contract so I'd draft a DE before NT.

we can always get someone versatile who can play both ;)

I would rather see them draft the kid Houston that played DT for Texas to be the backup to Ratliff than Cody !!
