They're wins come against teams with a combined record of 7-21, with the best team they've beaten being the bears (4-4) by a score of 21-15.

We have to take every team seriously, but if we lose to this team, it says a lot more about us than them. Tony Romo said it would be a mistake to say this is anything but a good team, but clearly they are not.

Green Bay is one of the worst teams in the NFL, who have been blessed by an extremely easy schedule, otherwise they wouldn't even be 4-4.

I think sometimes by saying every team you play is good, is a pc way of making excuses for losing or not wanting to be overly harsh.

Yep, especially if we aren't there mentally and do stupid things that result in turnovers and poor field position. This is a game where Dallas is very succeptable to beating itself, especially in a tough place to play GB.

For some reason this reminds me of the Bills monday nighter in '07. I don't really know why, but it just has the potential to be that kind of game I think.

...is a simple approach.

Walk into the game thinking they are the Saints and Colts and take the attitude that you want to wipe the smiles off their faces.

Put up nasty bulletin board material. Make it up if you have to to get the players going.

Once you get up on them pull out the coffin nails and bury them. Put up 50 points on them and then tell the media they were one of the hardest teams you faced on this season's schedule and it was pure luck the score ended up the way it did.

Go back to the locker room after and tell the guys the Packers were nothing close to the goal of the year and why you play football and get them ready for next week.

Repeat at the start with a different team's name.

Packers have lost to some good teams but these were close games that were decided late in the games. As for Romo comments it is good thing to show some respect to your opponent instead of outright dismissing them.

The only teams worth talking about that they've even played are the bengals and minnesota...

and these are two of the most over rated teams i think...

minnesota is another team benefiting from an extremely easy schedule, being in a very weak division.

Minnesota is probably going to get a bye with how easy their schedule is. Hopefully New York can beat them.

The top teams in the nfl really haven't played each other yet.

No one is clear cut elite at the moment.

No doubt GB has issues but they are no push over they have played tough in those games and yes lost they have also ran over some bad teams. I don't think anyone is saying Dallas should not win or should not be favored but GB is not going to lay down and die for Dallas. They do have some good weapons and they have managed to be one of the top teams in creating turnovers.

You say theyve been a top team in creating turn overs... but they've played 4 teams who are 1-7 (losing to one of them).

When you play teams of that caliber... you're going to get turnovers...

Not even close. You couldn't be more wrong.

I'm I the only one that smells a fish here? Seems like your almost setting us up with something to whine about if we lose.

When you +10 it also means you don't turn the ball over much either. I know who GB has played and have watched them play a few times this season they are not a bad team. They are not great either but they do have some good weapons and are capable of playing good ball. This is not a team Dallas can overlook they are very capable of putting up alot of points. At home with everything on the line GB is going to come out fighting

if we lose our team simply isnt where it should be. simple as that.

They're 4-4, but id probably say washington is a better team, just worse qb play.

I thought nothing mattered except Dec and Jan? :laugh2:

I think most expect Dallas to win the game, some of us just do not think this is going to be a walk in the park for the Cowboys.

Um.. no.

The Packers are loaded with talent.... they just can't protect Rodgers AT ALL.

Except for the bulletin board material and the 50 points, that is essentially what the Steelers do. They wipe the floor with the Broncos in their house, then gush over how good they are. Then they start working on the Bengals on the plane ride home.

Totally professional. Minutes after their last win, they are focused on their next game. The Steelers may be many things, but they almost never underestimate their opponent, or play down to their level.

Hopefully, the Cowboys are in the same place. If they are, they will win, maybe even win easily, on Sunday. We'll see.

I don't know how good or bad GB is, but I'm pretty sure they are going to give their absolute best effort against us. I sure hope the players/coaches don't take them lightly, otherwise they'll be in for a rude awakening.
