Great teams don't lose to crappy teams. Which Green Bay happens to be this year.

Their line can't protect him, but he takes just as many sacks off of holding the ball too long.

His line can't protect him but he is still hitting 63% of his passes and has a rating of 103 with 16 TD to 5 ints. No one is claiming GB to be a great team or even a playoff team but they are a team who has the ability to make big plays and put up points and should not be taken lightly or treated as a push over.

Which teams in the nfl would you say are pushovers?

And if you say there aren't, you're joking... because we have numerous teams that have one just one or two games this year, and have been beaten 6-7 times...

The only reason why Green Bay isn't one of these teams is because they've played so many 1-7 teams.

I'll just say it:

The Packers are a more dangerous team offensively than the Eagles.

The Eagles are a big-play offense with no ability to sustain methodical drives because they can't convert short yardage and their quarterback is inaccurate on intermediate throws.

Against Philly, the Cowboys defense keyed on the screen game and the long ball. They left the middle and intermediate areas of the field less protected because they did not believe McNabb could consistently complete drive-sustaining passes to those areas -- and they were right.

Aaron Rodgers is not saddled with the same limitations; he's capable of consistently completing passes anywhere on the field.

This is completely inaccurate.

The Eagles struggled with 3rd down last year and in the game against us, they've been doing pretty well this year apart from that.

And while they're a big play offense, they've still been very efficient. McNabb had only one interception this year before us.

I think KC is a bit of a pushover I think Cleveland is a bit of a pushover, Detriot. Again I know who GB played and they have blown some of those teams out. They played minn a close game both times they faced each other. I'm not claiming GB to be one of the top teams but they are far from the wrose team in the NFL and they do have some real proven talent on that team very capable of going out and making plays. I hope Dallas is not foolish enough to think GB is going to be a walk in the park

The Eagles are the worst team in the league over the past two seasons converting short yardage on third and fourth down. They're one of the worst teams this season converting third and long yardage situations. They've demonstrated little ability to sustain long, methodical drives.

My point stands.

And while they're a big play offense, they've still been very efficient. McNabb had only one interception this year before us.

Interceptions are hardly the only measure of efficiency. I suggest you examine the number of long, time-consuming drives they've had.

Ever notice how any time someone says "Not to (insert word for belittle) so and so, BUT... that they do mean to belittle or in this case disparage and person or team they are talking about?

It was an example.

they're 22nd in the nfl in 3rd conversion, less than 7 percent behind green bay.

They're wins come against teams with a combined record of 7-21, with the best team they've beaten being the bears (4-4) by a score of 21-15.

We have to take every team seriously, but if we lose to this team, it says a lot more about us than them. Tony Romo said it would be a mistake to say this is anything but a good team, but clearly they are not.

Green Bay is one of the worst teams in the NFL, who have been blessed by an extremely easy schedule, otherwise they wouldn't even be 4-4.

I think sometimes by saying every team you play is good, is a pc way of making excuses for losing or not wanting to be overly harsh.

While I get your point, in all fairness 4 of our 6 wins have come against teams below .500, including arguably the two worst teams in football.

GB is dangerous. Their offense can put up good numbers, and their defense is not as bad as everyone here is saying they are. Lambeau is never an easy place to play.

The Packers rank 10th in the league converting third downs. The Eagles rank 22nd.

The Packers rank 6th in the league in total offense. The Eagles rank 15th.

I stand by my initial assertion: The Packers are a far more dangerous offense.

Their O Line is a mess. Hitting Rodgers is key. If the defense plays as well as it did last week, Cowboys win.

Contain Rodgers and we'll win. If that boy starts scrambling out of the pocket or has time to throw, watch out.

I don't care how bad they are Dallas needs to take each and every team they face serious and take the approach that they're playing a team that game who is possibly going to the Superbowl.

To play against anyone on their schedule, with any less effort than that, will get us beaten.

...is a simple approach.

Walk into the game thinking they are the Saints and Colts and take the attitude that you want to wipe the smiles off their faces.

Put up nasty bulletin board material. Make it up if you have to to get the players going.

Once you get up on them pull out the coffin nails and bury them. Put up 50 points on them and then tell the media they were one of the hardest teams you faced on this season's schedule and it was pure luck the score ended up the way it did.

Go back to the locker room after and tell the guys the Packers were nothing close to the goal of the year and why you play football and get them ready for next week.

Repeat at the start with a different team's name.

:clap2:

I fear going to green bay period. The atmosphere is scary there. I still just dont see us losing, we are more talented.

GB is trying implement a 3-4 defense and its going to open up some nice running lanes for felix.
