It never happens for us. It seems like teams come out of nowhere and challenge contenders. Like the Lions for example. Eagles, 49ers, go from worst to first in a matter of a few years. While we flounder in mediocrity or just above it. It has to be a front office issue.

Wrong we have a difference of opinion and I don't care anymore i'm moving on from this but I'm telling you right now coming out of college there is growth development and progress is going to be made with a professional staff and a better supporting cast In many cases lots of these players that you're talking about are coming from smaller schools or very unproductive or been a long time since those schools were any good now they get to the professional level they're going to get professional help better weight room better trainers better coaches better supporting cast around them so they will have more growth they will get better if they're capable...

Not many players come NFL ready there are very few but I could tell you this after you're in the league already 4 or 5 years you've been to the top there isn't a whole lot of growth left you've been in the system you've been with your team you've been learning all along and I'm telling you the thing you can count on is them losing something like health their knees they won't be able to run as much maybe their shoulders start going bad so if it even prove it you think mentally like they become a more professional seasoned player with more knowledge on how to read a defense or pick apart a defense they're losing something on the other end and like I said Jaylen hurts won't be able to run as much as he did when he was younger neither does Russell Wilson or Prescott they lost that part of their game because of age it's natural..

he's not still developing, I mean yeah he could get better in one area later in his career who knows, but he's also going to get worse at running, nobody's going to run for that long that effectively, and when they take that away and take those touchdowns away from the tush push and that OL being that great wont last..

Becton was a bust for the Jets as the 11th overall pick in theh 2020 NFL draft.
- The Jets played him at OT and were dissappointed.

The Eagles sign him and put his 360+ pound body at OG.
- He was their starting RG including 4 playoff games.
- Result: The Eagles powered their way to a Super Bowl win with a mediocre QB...
