well if he can stop giving up all the big plays i would be happy...i dont care if he ran into the ref or whatever...he gets paid big money to make big plays...also not to give up big plays too! until he starts doing that he wont be a great SS,,,just a good one...time to lose a few pounds and sure up your weaknesses roy...then you will go down in infamy as one of the greatest, until then outside of the homers you are just a good safety...not great...not ronnie lott...just a hitter...

what about his 5 INTS this year? that equals more big plays than bad ones

He is also giving up some big plays. I realize you can't eliminate all of them, but you also can't constantly keep making excuses for all of them.

How many touchdowns have been on Roy this year? I bet it gets pretty close to matching or exceeding his interception mark.

Roy is quickly becoming one of those players that causes an uproar anytime anyone has some criticism.

The TD's to Clark and Shockey I dont think anyone in the league could have defended. Can anyone on this board name a better safety right now in the league? I think the guys complaining about Roy are the same guys who wanted Hambrick to take over for Emmitt!!
