I have to say that young freshman QB for Michigan was very impressive.

It was inexcusable, really. Football 101. He is self-indulgent with his playcalling, its like he is constantly doing things to try to prove what an offensive genius he is. The QB draw on 3rd5 and five in the first was laughable, his heave it and hope xbox tosses down the field were laughable when allen was gashing them, and the I dont know what to say about the two pass calls late in the game besides thanks. Notre Dame sucks, pure and simple. You'll never see me denying that and I don't give a crap one way or another. They'll probably stumble to 6-5 this season based on their ridiculously easy schedule, but they would be 3-8 (at best) if they actually had to play talented teams.

And none of that has anything to do with the fact that Michigan is college football's biggest overhyped machine of a program that has no championships in the past half century. They think they're the big men on campus, when fact is they've won one-half of one national championship in that timeframe.

I guess if you can find a 60+ year old that follows college football, he can tell you what things were like when Michigan won championships. But it sure ain't happened in my lifetime.
