I literally hate every team left in the NFC except the one with the worst freakin' record...I'll be pulling for the Cardinals.

Today, one team showed up to earn a playoff ticket; one team showed up hoping to punch a ticket that would be handed to them.

Yes, the game was over by the half; no I don't put all the blame on Tony since Roy was an embarassment on his patterns and the line couldn't block for crap...injuries and a horrible midseason collapse doomed us.

Today, the defense couldn't do anything in the first half...it wouldn't have mattered what the offense did in the second half...Newman showed why some didn't vote him into the probowl...yes, he's our stud, but he doesn't get a pass.

Did Ware even play today? I know it's sacrilege around here to say anything bad about him or Newman, but you need your stars to step up in a big game, and they didn't. Ware made me sick on one play when he went way wide and deep on a pass rush...then when the back stepped back to block him, instead of lowering his shoulder and taking a line to the QB, he went even deeper to run around that guy and ended up about 12-15 yards behind the QB and then just stopped and watched...sickening.

In my opinion, Romo didn't have much of a chance, running around almost every snap....I felt like Brady James, Witten, and TO were about the only guys who showed up today...sad.

Oh well...on to next year...maybe it's now time to bring in 2-3 guys who don't have to be super stars but have played for teams that know how to win...some leaders.

I think JJ will stick to his word....no change in the head coach or OC.

I hope it's warm enough to play golf this week...enjoy the offseason guys.

ps for mods...hope you don't delete this...i posted it when the game thread disappeared for a few minutes...figured it was okay....typing with one hand after carving my finger along with the ham today...6 stitches and lots of embarrassment.

Hope you're wrong. This team has no chance with this coaching staff. Brad Sham all but said as much just now.

jj was emphatic that he would not make a coaching changr no matter how it ended..."he's only been here two years".

Like it or not, I don't think JJ can do it now...I don't think he wants to...he'll want to bring them back with hopefully healthy players and win it all to prove he was right.

we don't have to like it, but I think that's the way it will be. Garrett is a smart guy...injuries and defenses caught up to him....next year will only be his 3rd even calling the plays...I think he'll be better.

I, for one, don't want to start over....I'm probably wrong, but this was like a playoff game....if you have players that weren't ready to perform, I don't put that on the coach....I only blame the coaches if it was the game plan and adjustments....but that's just me. I almost always blame players' poor performances on them first.

I don't see how Wade could possibley be back.

He called for a punt on our first 4th down of the second half and Romo refused and took the snap... that certainly seems like the players have a lack of respect for a pudgy freindly head coach who has led a very talented team of footballers to a 10-10 record over his last 20 games.

Add on a pathetic season ending catastrophe where he displayed all the fire of a wet lettuce and you have yourself a coach who is begging to be fired.

With all due respect to a good poster, that's a joke. The Cowboys weren't that banged up. A lot of playoff teams were banged up, but are still playing next week.

This is a sloppy football team, from top to bottom. They have terrible fundamentals. According to Roy E. Williams, the Lions practice harder than Dallas does.

Organizational change is needed from top to bottom. Who or how to accomplish that, I don't know. I do know that what they're doing isn't working.
