NOW Poindexter does something

He reminds me of Duke Rape Case Prosecutor Mike Nifong, which is not a good sign. Poindexter needs to let the Feds handle the case, since he didn't want it and was dragging his feet.

I think if there is a common trait between Nifong and Poindexter is incompetence. Other then that, there isn't much of correlation.

Nifong was desperate to get re-elected and his personal goal caused him to mishandle the case, nearly ruining several innocent lives which ultimately costing his career.

Poindexter on the other hand, he appears to be lazy and believes he is much bigger than his position of authority. Some of his statement and actions should be concern to community because he seems to be shooting from his hip and he doesn't seem very intelligent. I'd be very suspicious of him, I have a gut feeling that he might have attended couple of Vick's events.
