Now that Dallas has released Bailey, shouldn't they do the same with Chris Jones?

Not even remotely close to what the post is about.

Punter and kicker aren’t on the field at the same time. I don’t particularly like the idea but it’s not the worst one I’ve heard.

I know, I was engaging in hyperbole as I think many of the others were.

I once was a kicker punter myself, I could do both at a high level, so I like of know what I'm saying.

Guys why are we blowing off this experienced players opinion? He could be on to something here, can we forward this post to Jerry Jones or at the very least AdamJT13

Bailey = Getting old, damaged goods (injuries), diminished returns, cost quite a bit (low factor but still)
Witten = OLD, slow, diminishing returns, expensive
Bryant = Getting old, slower, damaged goods (injuries), diminishing returns, Cost WAY too much
Romo = Was Old, Damaged goods, diminishing returns (not being available), cost a lot

See a pattern?

As soon as Jones hits some of those top 4 or 5 things, he'll be gone too I bet. Although I think it might've been a little soon for Bailey, I am OK with the methodology... I don't like hanging on to the past but that's just me.

That would be crazy.

What's next? Having the QB punt?!
