I am so glad we got out of the trade deadline flat lined. Jerry is not good at making trades and GM decisions. However, God takes care of monkeys, babies, and a fool now and then. So consider last year trade for Amari Cooper a gift from the God that use to watch his favorite team through the hole in the roof.
Need we remind you that Jerry Jones traded for Joey Galloway who never made a pro bowl 2 no. 1 picks, cut Jimmy Smith who went on to be a Pro Bowl 10K yard WR, pass on Randy Moss, traded for Roy Williams WR who was not going to be resigned by a 0-16 team, cut Roy Williams All Pro S then fired the coach that changed the defense that could not use his talents 2 years later, signed T.O., cut T.O., drafted Dez Bryant who he resigned to a long term contract then cut Dez Bryant, tried to trade for Earl Thomas who signed as a free agent with the Ravens, and tried to trade for Jamal Adams who mentality has him "happy to be a New York Jet".
Cut this trade mess out. This is not Jimmy Johnson fleecing the Vikings for 3 no.1, 3 no. 2, and a 3rd, trading for Charles Haley, trading for Thomas Everett, trading up for Emmitt Smith, Russell Maryland, and trading back for Alvin Harper. Quit relying on the dumbo GM whose claim to fame is firing a back to back Super Bowl winning coach, a Hall of Fame Coach, and running off the Hall of Fame Coach that he needed to get his stadium.
Lets focus on football:
1. Run the ball and pass the ball to Elliott, let the offense flow through him, he is the offensive hub that makes the wheel go round.
2. See no.1 to protect a defense with time of possession.
3. See no. 1 and sign Prescott and realized he was another gift from the God that use to watch through the hole in the roof. He can get this offense into a NFC Championship game. Lincoln Riley is not coming and not bringing Baker, Kyler or Jaylen.
