...which player do you think he will tick off the most with his new and improved disciplinarian attitude within the next 12 months?

you mean who will be confused 1st?
Well, if it's who will be confused first, my money would be on Phillips' confusing himself trying to figure out how mean he should be.

We can both dream. :)

Doing pretty well, lane. Hope that you and yours have a very safe and prosperous New Year. And that goes for all you other Zoners out there too. :)

Dont hold your breath waiting for something to happen! Wade has to justify his existence somehow and this new pathetic plethora of the new tough guy is a diversion to take the focus off his pitifull coaching.

Ij Jerry doesn't make any moves it's going to be a looooooooooooooong next 12 months as Wade struggles to find his inner lion. Wake me up when it's all over.

Greg Ellis. He seems to be a bit sensitive and might not like a new order and such.

Not one player being that just about every player on the Cowboys wants and expects to see some sort of accountability and discipline handed to them from the head coach down.

If he doesn't apply any edge to his attitude with his players, he shouldn't even imply it in my opinion.

Despite his whining, I like Gregg Ellis. He plays football, but he seems caught up in the me culture. Maybe he just needs to get some stuff off his chest and feels better for complaining. I don't think he let's his misguided personal grievances get in the way of playing.
