But our younger generation like me including are disapointed that Jerry let T.O. go because thats the type of style and swagger we grew up on.

You don't need a legit #1 WR to compete in this league, you need a running game and a competent defense. I don't see Pitt, Baltimore, Philly complaining about their receiving corps. We play in the NFC East, we shouldn't be throwing the ball 45 times a game anyway. Our o-line is huge, a transition to a running game where they get to move forward will benefit us greatly.

Just my opinion, we'll be fine without TO. Personally i'm glad that I get to watch ESPN now without having to deal with a soap opera for Dallas.

I'm nearly 40 and I don't understand the move, but whatever... Half of us will whine about it, the other half will celebrate, then we'll sort of get over it unless we totally suck next year and if we do, you will see a backlash from zone fans like this site has never seen. Pitt has a solid reciver core , the sheagels do too , but i can only agree with the ravens.

I happen to believe that we NEED explosiveness and you can find that in a number 2 WR as well. I'm sure we can find a burner in the draft, maybe a second-tier guy, but just look at Felix Jones. With out that guy on the field, this team will be easy to cover.

T.O is a great WR but come on we were not a team the entire time he was here. T.O was a huge problem for us period no matter how good he was! No one knows what is going to happen with Dallas but I dont see it being any worse. Even if we go 5-11 is that really any different then going 9-7 and still not making the playoffs? No matter what happens i am sure we will start playing smarter football and we will be a team again.

Ok this is going to get me alot of crap but whatever.

Im a T.O fan , this move makes absolutley no since i understand this guy has brought drama to this team, but alot of this was blown out of proportion.

Now what do we do, we dont have a number 1 reciever on this team. Roy isnt a #1 guy, crayton sucks, Austin isnt going to come back next year, Hurd is a solid 5 reciver, this team has been a huge disapointment in the past year we all can agree. But at this point we are back in rebuilding mode, and its going to take another 5 years to get this team back on track, People that glad T.O is gone your are crazy, this man brought 100% on the field , you should be ashamed of yourselfs for wanting this guy to go, I dont want to hear any *****ing during the season about this **** .

it is a bit of a head scratcher. I guess Jerry didn't think he could trade Owens. I think he could have traded him to Oakland, straight up for Johnnie Lee HIggins.

well, as we sit here today, we have a solid three prong running game and we still have a nice 1,2 punch at wr, and a great TE.

i don't see why we can't move the ball. all is not lost.
