NY vs Dal - Thoughts

I was there for that game and will never forget it. In fact I wonder what our ex coach fantasizes about IF the G-Men actually win this game? Lots of story lines in this one like our OC vs. his mentor or Dak getting to finish what he started to do the last time he was playing the Giants…I agree with the posters who think this will be close…after watching the Saints blow that game we better be prepared for #26. Go Boys!!!!
Saquan has to be accounted for. He may not have had a great game yet, but he's ready.
I still don't think it'll be that close, but we need to play to win from the get go.

Step on their necks and keep it there, no letting up. Last week the defense got a little lazy against the Panthers and gave up 2 TDs in the 4th quarter. Just because you are way out in front doesn't mean you can let up. Get the Giants down and keep them down.

Until you crush it...we need to send teams like this home doubting why they even deserve to play in the NFL!

i'm sure they'll try to go over the top...hope we get after their qb early and put him in the dirt.
we gotta limit their deep "chunk" plays.

we stay balanced on offense...we'll win.
home game.
division game.

One of the first tests of a young team experiencing early success is their ability to be consistent and to stay focused week to week. Most of our up and coming stars on D are just now experiencing the NFL where the season is longer and every opponent can potentially beat you.

To be a good team in the NFL, you must have physical AND mental toughness. And it takes time to really know what your team can be. The early returns are good, but a lot of work and challenges lie ahead. There’s a reason the playoffs don’t start til January.

They should not think it is always going to be this easy to win. I suppose that know that already from college, but the NFL is not like college where good teams beat up on lesser teams and know when they are playing the higher ranked teams. In the NFL every team, as you said, has the potential to beat any other team on any given Sunday. Hopefully the veterans will keep them centered so they do not think there are any division II teams in the NFL.
