Like I said, I've done everything I can to try to like this dude but I can't do it. hes just not good (neither is Byron yet really)

Wait a minute... I'm not a huge Obi fan, but this is entirely unfair. This is a single play from Obi's sophomore year. He's also in off man coverage not v. a TE, but against who the commentator declared Boise's "best WR."

You can find isolated plays like this with every prospect.

Well I watch a lot of games and I don't see many first round guys with the godlike measurables he has get toasted like that. Yet people want him converted to corner lol

I thought the thread title meant a choice in round 2 (meaning, NO WAY would I want him at pick28)....but, this seems a little biased...look, I am AWESOME, but there are probably videos floating around about me that the mrs would deem NOT awesome....still married for a long time...

Exactly. You go in trying to look for good things and you see a hesitant and overly cautious player.

Let me repost the video of Dez scorching J. Jenkins on a double move in stl...I guess Jenkins sucks too

I don't want Obi in the first for sure... but he got toasted by the leading WR statistically in the history of Boise State on that play (I live in Boise). The WR did that to a lot of DBs.

Jenkins said he gambled a lot in St. Louis, which his tape validates. Obi doesn't really gamble, he just got smoked.

Every. DB. Gets. Smoked. (Especially as a Sophomore.) And yes, he did gamble. He gambled on the initial move, which is how the WR got behind him.

Also, can we make a rule that unless you provide a link to your All-22, you don't get to claim to have watched "tape"?

You must be mistaken. It was clearly a TE./s
