Maybe he doesn't like throwing his money away....he'd be criticized by others saying that he'll be broke in a few years.

Well, that doesn't make much sense. If I had the money OBJ has and needed to travel to a job interview I would go Charter without all this drama he made.

We all get criticized at times.

First class is different than a private jet...thought that's what you said, my bad.

NFL free agent Odell Beckham Jr. taken off plane in Miami

Details Emerge After Video Shows Odell Beckham Jr. Get Escorted Off Of Plane By Police In Miami

https://www.outkick.com/odell-beckham-jr-miami-airport-place-police-escort-incident-unconcious/

“As they tried to wake (Beckham) to fasten his seat belt, he appeared to be coming in and out of consciousness,” the statement said.

American Airlines representative Alfredo Garduno confirmed that flight 1228, bound for Los Angeles, returned to the gate before takeoff “due to a customer failing to follow crew members’ instructions and refusing to fasten their seat belt.”

Other passengers re-boarded and the flight departed later for Los Angeles, Garduno said.

So, he flies coach? Is dude broke? Or just cheap?

First class used to be a luxury. What's the real benefit of flying 1st class. In fact, most airlines no longer have 1st class. They simply call it business class.

Given the amount of flights taken in his career there should be case history of his needing Xanax, and given that is a prescription only drug there would be evidence of that as well.....and given his numerous flights taken for the NFL and personal, he should know standard pre-flight protocol involving seat belts and such so something is up.

I'm not just talking about possible flight anxiety. He could've recently been prescribed Xanax for a recent bought of stress/anxiety or deperssion over something. Maybe he wasn't even prescribed it but asked a friend or family member for some to calm his nerves and get some sleep. Does that make him a bad person?

And there doesn't need to be a case history of needing Xanax. In many cases of therapeutic drug use, the drug is intended to be taken daily until you taper off it with the hope that it will help your brain return to normal.

1 in 5 Americans will experience some form of mental illness in a given year. You don't think that MAYBE he's a little stressed out right now with trying to catch on with team?

Let me be clear in that I'm NOT saying it's as simple as that but I'm not going to rush to judement either.

This incident was poorly timed for a 30+ year old receiver who cried his way out of NY and Cleveland with his diva-like behavior. And now he wants a multi-year contract. He has great talent and I'm sure someone will sign him. I just hope it ain't JJ.

Couldn’t careless about this…wasn’t banging the table for him but this certainly wouldn’t stop me from signing him lol
