A Doctor's examination room ain't public domain.

If it involves Dallas, someone always seems to make it so! I can picture Jerry griping to someone, who casually mentions it to someone else, the seed is planted!

calm down bud. U there as well? Nice try.
Im perectly calm.. Im just asking questions since people are coming to conclusions. So if you can come to a conclusion Im asking how you know. Little more than that.

Now, since the response to my question was to "Calm down," Im assuming you have nothing factual to back up your conclusion?

It seemed to me with bijan Robinson visiting the team facilites they’re already looking into replacing pollard with a rookie or s cheaper vet. Pollard will demand a boatload on the market. I hope I’m wrong and he resigns but it seems they will focus elsewhere.

i hope you’re wrong too. I think very highly of Bijan and think he will be a star but I also think he will be long gone by the time we pick. I also think TP is currently about the best back in the league. I don’t feel like handing him another four year contract will be wasted like it was with Zeke. I think TP will keep producing for at least most of one more contract. Can totally see TP getting tagged. No way I’d let him go.

They would have to trade up without a doubt. I think they could tag him as well. What would the number be for top 5 back?

Dude told Parsons he could be ready in 5 weeks. When do you think he’ll look like a very good version of himself ? What do you give him a million for every game he is able to play ? Weird situation.

like I been saying, dude will be an expensive decoy. He can't even run routes. When he blew his knee it was a 0 contact injury. That scares me. How brittle is he? It is all about availability. I don't see a team offering him a deal btw. They are silent in fact. I think the Bills and Gents are scared by the knee and the fact he didn't run and cut. In the end its a business and teams aren't willing 2 burn millions on a hope and prayer. Dallas did the right thing. We kicked the tires, asked questions and if we sign him it will be for 2023 not 2022. Im fine with that. Lets just not force him on the field before next year. We don't owe him anything but a fair chance NEXT YEAR. Mike Florio suggested he sue Dallas, which is ridiculous bs. Beckham caused this, not Dallas. This isn't a charity we are running.

Since Dak came back the Cowboys are averaging about 37 points per game, aren't they? I suspect this move, if they made it, was all about beating the Eagles in the playoffs. But someone posted an article a while ago about how OBJ's surgery was a "revision", which is a second surgery on the same ligament. The article mentioned that the 2nd time around the recovery time is longer and the risk of reinjury is higher. I think the article said no top receiver has every returned from a knee revision. The optimism over OBJ coming to Dallas was never warranted.
The media built the narrative on baseless claims of which they were poorly informed. It was shameful actually. The Mike Florio's of the world had 0 knowledge of the medical before they condemned Dallas for not signing him. They look foolish. Dallas did exactly the right thing by the medical. I trust them. Apparently, the Giants and Bills medical team agreed with us. We don't see them rushing 2 make him an offer do we? They all know the odds are not good that he ever returns to form. Now I would sign him to a futures deal for 2 years starting in 2023. But as far as 2022, Heck no.Its not fair to HIM or the team. Sometimes ya got to do whats best for the player, even when said player is a star like Beckham. I still wouldn't be surprised if we signed him next week, with the idea of him playing next year. I think its a great fit if hes healthy.

as far as a leak..thats BS. Jerry said the truth but was vague and NEVER leaked actual medical details. The Bills and Giants shared their medicals with us. He stated the facts. There was 0 clandestine or nefarious stuff here. Jerry still wants him BADLY. I can tell just how disappointed he was listening to him on the fan. He likes Beckham as a guy. They hit it off. Jerry has legit intentions. Which is why I can fully see Jerry gambling and signing him even still, but won't count on him in 2022. I wouldn't be mad.

Yeah, I'm keeping Pollard and letting the Ewok walk.

Pollard + Bijan would be awesome.........I say this with no bias at all, even though I am a UT Alumni:thumbup:

This saga may be coming to an end.

The fact he would not put on the cleats and run some routes for these teams tells you all you really need to know.

See, the thing with ACL is not straight line speed. You can post videos all day running on the treadmill after an ACL tear and you will look just fine. The issue is planting and cutting coming in and out of your breaks as a WR, that puts lateral pressure on the ACL. If you put too much lateral pressure on the ACL before it is fully healed, you can retear the ligament.

I think Dallas is truly trying to do right by the player here. I think Beckham is chomping at the bit but may be a tad hasty. These things must be done the right way to limit the risk to the player. I think in the end it will work out fine for him and whichever team takes a chance on him. But I think it will be a 2023 and beyond contract and he sits in 2022.

would be a ridiculous combo. But I wouldn’t think we would need a first round guy if we keep TP. The kid from UCLA in round 2 would be fantastic too and cost a bit less.

Jerry and Stephen are playing games, negotiating through the media

No way did they think he would be able to start practicing right away based off this timeline.

Michael Gallup had the same ACL surgery 3 weeks before OBJ did. 3 WEEKS!!! He's been playing in games for 2 months, and odell isn't even ready to run routes. I wouldn't call that playing games, it seems that Odell is behind in his rehab for whatever reason.

Second tear in the knee and age does play a factor
