I would imagine the frontrunner for this role would be Anthony Lynn, but I don't see why he would come here. He would be OC in name only, since Schotty will call the plays. And he's more likely to keep succeeding in Washington than he is here, so he's got a better shot at getting in the head coaching discussion there than here.

Is there any connection between Schotty and Brian Johnson of Washington? There was some talk earlier the Boys were interested in him, since he coached Dak in school. That would be a worthwhile promotion for him.
