I'm guessing that Kellen is going to look like a genius paired with Herbert. But I could also see our offense being more consistent even with less gross output. So, I'm leaning toward win-win.

Kellen Moore always looked like a genius until he had to make the right in-game adjustments and decisions.... then his lack of football intelligence kicked in and exposed his poor football awareness.

Since links to PFF articles frequently appear here at Cowboys Zone, we all have to acknowledge some members follow the site on a regular basis (I am not one of them) despite a strong sentiment that their work/ product is low-quality.
I only see their stuff when posted here. I never visit their site.

Justin Herbert is an absolute monster who is perfectly suited for the modern game, but has been held back by his coaches.

If KM's gameplans are anything close to what he called in Dallas, Herbert will explode.

This year should give some clues as to where weaknesses lay.

yes its the coaches.. you guys crack me up. How do you decide who is better than what they have done and who is worse? you think the chargers coaches were like "Whatever you do do not throw it deep to an open WR"..lol. Herbert lost a 27 point lead in a playoff game AFTER halftime..the love for this guy cracks me up.

He has also been held back by some good but oft injured receivers. If the infusion of youth into the receiving corp works, I think they could go pretty bonkers.
