OC ranked 10 by PFF

Another useless PFF rankings. However, we will always get them, and that is ok.

They have not even played a down yet. I can see why they are lower. But this means nothing.

Still should be interesting comments.

I'm guessing that Kellen is going to look like a genius paired with Herbert. But I could also see our offense being more consistent even with less gross output. So, I'm leaning toward win-win.
It really depends, we dont know what Kellen will do with another org, full option routes are a big change from what they did before.. we will see.

A healthier line and the addition of Cooks should help

KM is going into LAC in a good situation.

A QB that has shown he can make the throws. An ok to decent running game, not horrible. And they have some WR, that really hurt the team by not being able to stay healthy.

They have some talent on defense, but for some reason never live up to that talent.

Any success he has will be from that good situation. We will see if he can take them beyond that.

He was at times. When he tried his ill-timed stupid plays, or trick plays that only tricked themselves.
The best QB in football throws an occasional interception.

The assessment of KM around the NFL is significantly different than the opinion around here.

You do know that even with last year Dak is one of the highest ranked QB in career INT% thrown... this just makes you look silly. The best QB's in football have actually thrown more % of INT in thier career than Dak...he is like tied for 9th all time with 2% including last year which was a huge outlier.

Wow. You completely missed the point. My comment had absolutely NOTHING to do with Dak. Nothing.

KM was very good, but lacked in his situational play calling. IMO
He didn't have much experience having been kind of thrown into the position. I think he's smart enough to do an in depth self evaluation and will keep getting better.

A few thoughts…
We swapped, by their rankings, the #2 OC for the #10 guy.

I don’t see how Indy, Washington, or Baltimore OCs get those rankings.

Anyway, fwiw if you’re interested in PFF rankings…

Since links to PFF articles frequently appear here at Cowboys Zone, we all have to acknowledge some members follow the site on a regular basis (I am not one of them) despite a strong sentiment that their work/ product is low-quality.
