Interesting stuff. I'm surprised New Orleans' pass percentage isn't higher.

Like many have said, this is becoming more and more a passing league. Which means having a good quarterback is critical.

The bad teams have bad or inexperienced quarterbacks. The good teams have good quarterbacks.

it's not about the final game stats or season stats like you posted. people want us to run more or in other tearms mix it up. Garrett's passing offense is so simple and add in the fact that teams expect us to pass most of the time it makes our offense that much more predictable.

An average playoff team.

It's been a few years since we were a playoff team. Right now we are a team with a chance to make the playoffs just like we are every year at this point in the season.

Work, got married...not enough time in the day. I had a weekday, day off and figured I'd do more than just scope out the news.

Arizona Cardinals throw the ball more than Cowboys but they are mainly short fast passes.

I'm really not sure what points are trying to be made here.

With Garrett, it's not necessarily about the amount of runs as a whole, it's more about the abanoning of the run when it works.

One thing Garrett was clearly able to accomplish this week was to throw all the armchair OC's into confusion.

Now that statistics don't support painting Garrett as out of balance they're having to get more creative as to just what his problem is.

Not really, its how to use the run with the pass

play action pass off successful runs...

use draws etc after successful passing game...

shovel passes...

short, quick passes to dampen run and pass blitzes by going behind them...

etc etc
