I have a question about the big guys up front. Since we are all die hard fans I'm sure everyone remembers the opener in Cleveland. That was the best o-line performance I've seen from that group. Was the line that dominant or did Cleveland just try to rush 3 and play coverage behind it? I remember watching that game and Romo was standing back there for 5-6 seconds on some plays. Thoughts..........

That line was healthy just as they were the following week vs Philly where we gave up 0 sacks. I think this is a good line the problem is the depth behind the starting line.

Just the fact Proctor wasn't playing would make them better.

Nice.....I came away from that game thinking that we were going to be the 1993 o line all over again man. Protect the QB and run it like crazy!

They lost their cohesiveness after Bigg and Columbo told Flozell that he couldn't play the Cowbell for Free Reign.

We have a solid O line. Last year we lost two guards to injury. That was a weak spot. Of course, until everyone gave up in Phillie........

My summary of our offensive line...

1.Weakest part of our team - Your right it is the weakest, but certainly not a weakness. It's a good group, just not as good as all our other units.

2.No quality depth - Again, half right. We lack depth in volume, but with a little luck we may have just enough. Holland is a legit starting OG in this league. He played well in limited action and I'm confident he could fill in quite well or Koiser or Davis.
What about OT. That'll be an issue for sure. I we lose Columbo or Adams to a season ender, I have to believe Davis gets rotated to that spot and Holland steps into Davis' ROG spot.
I always bellieved an OL is as strong as its weakest link. We have no weak link and at least one quality reserve. That more than most NFL teams can claim.

3.Romo better have health Insurance - not if we stay relatively healthy.

4.Did I mention they are old? - Who? Adams. Ya he's a little old. Everyone else is 30 and 30 is not old for an OL.

:banghead:

Fixed your nonsense.
