On offense the thing to look at is the complementary player. I call him the 6th man.

Beasley
Escobar/Hanna

Are mainly the primary 6th man.

Witten doesn't come off the field... ever... so it boils down to what we add after that, an extra tight end, an extra wide receiver, a fullback, maybe we only go 1 WR and bring in 3 TEs...

To my dismay, my favorite 6th man only had 20 snaps. I really wish Beasley was more featured in this offense, maybe he will in time and circumstances.

Hanna had 28 and Escobar 25. Slowly but surely, we're starting to see Escobar become more of a weapon in our offense. You have to account for him too, or he'll hurt you. That is the theme of this offense, but I'd like to see all these guys implemented more. Maybe that is a pipe dream.

Beasley has 191 snaps on the year averaging 27 snaps per game. I hope Beasley hasn't peaked in terms of involvement. Escobar only has 86. I think you'll see him continue to get more snaps as he continues to improve his blocking and his understand and comfort level in the offense. Hanna quietly has 106 snaps. I hope we can use him less in blocking going forward, but this team wants to run the ball, so...

Beasley reminds me of what Parcells said about Aveion Cason. I don't remember the exact quote, and Google doesn't help me here, but he basically said he'd play him more if he wasn't so small. He was going to end up in a body bag by the end of the season.
