The charge he was arrested on in July was a misdemeanor. He did not do jail time. He's recently been coaching HS QBs in Georgia last I heard. Still has drug issues unfortunately. Is a deadbeat Dad, which I consider far worse.

I wish we still had Tanney. Someone, I forget who, snatched him off our practice squad. That's the difficult thing with practice squads. You put someone on it to develop him in case he's needed, but another team can swipe him away. I don't think we ever put another QB onto the P-squad after Tanney's departure. I guess it's time to raid someone else's practice squad.
